The Green Marketing Manifesto

Scope:
Cover design and typographic concept for a pioneering environmental book.
For the second edition of this innovative book, the author requested the inclusion of the copy: ‘Please do not put this book in a plastic bag.’

To give this message maximum impact, I made it the primary focal point of the cover, with the book’s title and author name placed on a smaller sticker in the bottom-right corner. This created a bold, attention-grabbing hierarchy that reinforced the book’s environmentally conscious message.

The cover was printed on greyboard with a cloth binding, chosen to be as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible, reflecting the book’s themes and values.

This approach combined typographic clarity, visual hierarchy, and material choice to create a cover that was both striking and responsible, aligning perfectly with the author’s vision and the book’s pioneering content.
